Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery Area: We currently ship within the United States. Customers in Orlando, FL may select Local Pickup at checkout.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. During holiday periods or peak seasons, delivery may take longer.
Tracking Information: All shipped orders include tracking details so customers can monitor their delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we want you to be fully satisfied.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Orders@sweetempanadas.com.
Please provide photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or send a replacement.
Non-refundable items include gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional items.
